Installations & Procurement

  1. Payment terms are 35% with order, 35% at commencement of works, 30% on satisfactory completion and submission of as-installed documents
  2. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
  3. Deliveries and commencement of works are estimated at 4 weeks after receipt of an official order. Interest at 2.5% per 30 day period will be accrued on late payments after the payment due date
  4. All prices exclude VAT, which will be charged at the current rate.
  5. Following receipt of an order, a mutual start date will be agreed in writing. Should we not be able to start works on this date due to other site delays, a second start date will be offered by Noiz Electronics Limited no more than 4 weeks from the date that Noiz Electronics Limited is informed of the delay. The subsequent start date will also be agreed in writing.
  6. All carriage and transport costs are included unless detailed separately.
  7. Once works have commenced, any delays caused by others will be logged on a day by day basis, and charged accordingly.
  8. Once equipment and / or products have been ordered against a specific start date, Noiz Electronics Limited will make attempts to postpone or cancel any non-bespoke orders if advised of a delay. If so, then re-stocking fees may apply. However, should we be in receipt of goods, these will then be invoiced against the original schedule.
  9. Although every effort is made to ensure our quotations or estimates are as accurate as is possible, please check that this quotation meets your requirements, as we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
  10. Although any installation estimate is as accurate as is possible, any extra costs that may be incurred due to unforeseen circumstances will be advised during the works.
  11. Commissioning charges are included within any installation costs.
  12. Installation costs are based on the assumption that the work will take place during normal working hours. Works outside these hours will be charged at the standard overtime rate rate.
  13. Quotation / estimate does not include any required cutting away and / or making good.
  14. Quotation / estimate assumes the electricity board's main supply is of adequate size to cope with the additional load, and the building has a satisfactory earth connection.
  15. Structural work on the building will be agreed with the client or their representative prior to work commencing.
  16. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the structural integrity of the building is suitable for the intended works.
  17. All work carried out and equipment supplied is guaranteed against defective materials and labour for a period of 12 months from date of completion.
  18. All electrical installation work carried out will be in accordance with the Institute of Electrical Engineers 17th edition wiring and electrical installation regulations and bylaws.
  19. Noiz Electronics Limited retains the right to any proposal, design or intellectual property prepared by us, and reserve the right to charge for any unauthorized use.
  20. All IFR / DFR fabrics supplied by Noiz Electronics Limited conform to BS 5867 part 2 types A & B.
  21. All goods supplied remain the property of Noiz Electronics Limited until paid for in full.
  22. By placing an order against any quotation or estimate, you are agreeing to the terms as listed above.
  23. On occasions, service call-outs will be cancelled due to schedule changes or other unforeseen circumstances. Noiz Electronics Limited require at least 24 hours notice in writing (next business day) of any change to confirmed service call arrangements. Any changes to call-out schedules less that 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 35% of the agreed service call quotation or estimate provided in writing. Any waiver of this cancellation fee will be entirely at the discretion of senior management personnel of Noiz Electronics Limited.
